A data set contains all information about the system (e.g. flow network, input parameters, etc.) and is created by the Exporting a Variant for example under D:\Talsim-NG\Customers\Auftraggeber_1\projectData\Example\dataSets. Depending on the size of the system, the dataset consists of different numbers of files. The more data and system elements you include in your system, the more files are created.

The created record can be passed on to other editors. These can import the dataset into their Talsim model. The *.SYS file is necessary for this.

Below, an overview of all possible files is presented.

In addition, there are two result data sets that are automatically saved after a variant has been simulated.

On the one hand there is the zipped data set *.WLZIP, which contains all results for the simulation. This is created under D:\Talsim-NG\Customers\Auftraggeber_1\projectData\Beispiel\dataBase\Beispiel_Data. When unpacking the zipped file, the following *.WEL and *.WELINFO files are output. Further files exist depending on the quality parameters.

Kürzel Inhalt
*.CHLO.WEL Freights and concentrations of all system elements with the substance parameter chloride
*.CHLO.WELINFO Appropriate labeling to the file *.CHLO.WEL
*.KALI.WEL Freights and concentrations of all system elements with the substance parameter potassium
*.KALI.WELINFO Appropriate labeling to the file *.KALI.WEL
*.KTR.WEL Simulation results of all control functions
*.KTR.WELINFO Appropriate labeling to the file *.KTR.WEL
*.WEL Simulation results of all system elements
*.WELINFO Appropriate labeling to the file *.WEL

On the other hand there is the zipped data set *.ERGZIP. This is created under D:\Talsim-NG\Customers\Auftraggeber_1\projectData\Beispiel\dataBase\Beispiel_Data\result. When the zipped file is unpacked, the following files are output.

Kürzel Inhalt
*.BLZ Balance results
*.LOG
*.MAX
