- If there are several releases from a reservoir, the situation can occur that not all demanded discharges can be carried out to 100%. In such cases, priorities have to be specified, which determine an order in which discharges are to be satisfied. The specification of priorities is often a consequence of political decisions and is not subject to physical conditions.
