The toolbar only becomes visible if a project with a variant has already been created.

Die Systemelementleiste ist ein Teil des Systemplans. Mit ihr können die Systemelemente von Talsim-NG durch Drag&Drop auf den Systemplan gezogen und damit neu angelegt werden.
